 1802 Haworth Ave, Newberg, OR.  from I-5 Northbound:  take exit 278  Donald/Aurora.  Turn left onto Ehlen Rd.  Drive west until you reach OR-219.  Travel North to Newberg.  Turn right onto Villa Road.  Turn right onto Haworth Ave.

T-Hills Aquatic Center

 15707 SW Walker Road, Beaverton, OR.  from I-5 Northbound:  take exit 292A Tigard/Beaverton (Highway 217).  take exit 1 Walker Road.  Proceed to the pool.

Tualatin High School Pool

 22300 SW Boones Ferry Road.  from I-5 Northbound:  take exit  286 Stafford/N. Wilsonville.  Turn left onto SW Elligsen Road.  Elligsen Road becomes SW Boones Ferry Road.

 1655 Echo Hollow Road, Eugene, Oregon        from I-5 Southbound:  take exit 195B Junction City/Florence (Beltline Hwy)  Take exit 5 Barger Drive.  Turn left onto Barger Dr.  Turn Right onto Echo Hollow.  Drive .2miles.   

Multnomah Athletic Club

 Take I-5 North to Portland.  Merge onto I-405 via EXIT 299B on the Left toward US-26W.  Take EXIT 2A toward Salmon ST/PGE Park.  Turn slight Right onto SW 14th Ave.  Turn Left onto SW Taylor St.  Turn Left onto SW 15th Ave.  Turn Right onto SW Salmon.  End at Multnomah Athletic Club, 1849 SW Salmon St.
