WVWP Registration
To register on-line click this link, fill-out the form presented and pay using PayPal.
To register complete and bring the following forms:
- Registration Form
- Club Substance Policy
- Club Code of Conduct Policy
- Either:
- A copy of your USA Water Polo card or
- USA Water Polo registration form (club # 1838)
- Cost Silver = $65, Gold = $85 (required for Junior Olympics; J.O. Qualifying Tournament)
- Dues:
- High school $250
- Age group $170
- Club fees include team suit
- Other Costs:
- Nike Team Warm-up Jacket $38 (required as part of our Nike sponsorship)
- 4 to 5 - $5 tournament commitment fees for in-state tournaments (optional but must commit to play)
- $50 tournament fee for Nike Open Water tournament (July 9-11)(optional pay to plau)
- other out of state tournaments fee based on travel costs (optional pau to play)
- You will also need to provide photo identification
